Hands-On Toxin Workshop

July 10th, 2026 | 8AM-5PM
RSMD Medical Aesthetics
828 Bay Ave, Capitola, CA

Led by Dr. Rebecca Small, this full-day workshop delivers structured training in botulinum toxin treatment, combining didactic instruction, live demonstration, and hands-on patient care.

The course follows the RSMD training pathway: building a strong foundation in anatomy and product pharmacology, applying concepts through treatment planning, and developing skills through guided, hands-on experience.

Designed for licensed medical providers, training emphasizes how to assess, plan, and treat patients with precision and consistency in real clinical settings.

Dr. Small brings her academic teaching from hospital and residency programs into a focused clinical environment, ensuring providers develop both technical skill and clinical judgment.

Following the workshop, providers may continue skill development through RSMD Skills Labs and additional training opportunities within RSMD.

Observe. Perform. Succeed.

Learn to assess facial anatomy and plan treatments using Dr. Small’s Safety Zone methodology.

Treat a minimum of three models under direct supervision.

Develop clinical decision-making skills that extend beyond technique, with a focus on safe, consistent, and effective patient outcomes.
