RSMD Precepting & Virtual Mentorship

Tailored to Meet Your Needs

RSMD: Not just another training company.
Dr. Small: Not just another teacher.

Learn aesthetic medicine from one of the field’s most trusted leaders: Dr. Rebecca Small, a Harvard-trained physician, UCSF Clinical Professor, and author of the internationally acclaimed Practical Guide textbook series used by educators worldwide. As the originator of the injectable Safety Zones and creator of the RSMD Liquid Lift technique, Dr. Small has transformed how providers approach aesthetic treatments. She brings deep clinical expertise and an unwavering commitment to patient care, actively performing toxins, fillers, and advanced facial balancing techniques in her thriving practice.  You’ll be learning directly from a true expert who lives and breathes aesthetics care.

While RSMD’s training initially focuses on toxin procedures—often considered the foundation of medical aesthetics—Dr. Small offers precepting and mentorship across a broad range of treatments, helping you build skill and confidence in virtually any aesthetic procedure. Providers who train with Dr. Small gain not only technical mastery but also the confidence, clinical judgment, and business acumen to deliver exceptional, natural results and become the trusted provider their patients deserve.
